Just turned 3, my two little twins barely reaching the height of their dining chairs paused for a moment to thank me for the welcome gifts they just received. In 2 photos of them I have seen so far, Ixayana does like to keep her hands together as gesture of shyness, whereas Joana keeping them apart as if she's wanting attention. Apart from hair styles, I think they two are quite unique in their individuality.
Who would have thought, your children could be an inspiration at a time of life changes happening in your own life. And these two are no exception in giving me ideas for a stunning dining table as the chairs resemble designs of an eminent Scottish architect, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, who I admire.
Mom said.. "I bought them a large pantry". I wanted them to have something special for the birthday (May 28), but can't see in this photo what she bought.. "everything the girls wanted".
I'm thinking of sending DP as finding clothes for them is pretty easy but I've not yet seen them in exactly the same outfit, so if I go with different types would they mind or should I buy everything in identical pairs.. any thoughts? Ixayana looks very calm but Joana seems ready to accept anything! (photo & letter in media)
Btw, have you read this story of Vilyi in Honduras? [www.children.org/stories/2023/06_june/sometimes-we-go-hungry]. Is there a gift deeply meaningful than the gift of food, something everyone can appreciate – perhaps what the twins mom thought too.
Wow, I love the foto. The girls look identical but indeed with a different personality. They are lucky with you as their sponsor.

@Chelaka: The mom wrote "despensa" in her letter, which translates to pantry, larder or food supplies. So all the food you see in the photo is what mom purchased for her little cutie pies.

On behalf of the cutie pies, thank you for sharing your love. Wow.. "everything the girls wanted" is Food! I must organise DP with a Scottish theme, like tartan kilts and from history lesson of the City of Glasgow by a taxi driver on my way to Glasgow Mela (Indian cultural event) on last Sunday. I know they are truly lucky Twins on the planet!

Wow these two are just so precious!! It seems like this was an EG well spent! I am living vicariously through you as something I would really like to do one day is sponsor twins! It’s so interesting to watch how incredibly different twins really are and how they can act the same too! Awesome!
